Norristown Attorney, a Towamencin Resident, Arrested on Drug Charges

Gregory Noonan, 53, of Oberlin Terrace, is charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance for allegedly selling 180 Oxycodone pills to an undercover Philadelphia Police officer on Thursday.
